1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs monthly. Each entry period begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM (local time).

3. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants must complete the official entry method as outlined in the giveaway announcement. Limit one (1) entry per person per month unless otherwise stated.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a free food at a Meal Deals PRO restaurant of their choice in the city outlined in the winning entry, subject to a maximum value of $100 CAD (One hundred Canadian dollars), including all applicable fees and taxes. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any costs exceeding the stated value are the responsibility of the winner. The prize can be enjoyed dine-in or take-out.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random within seven (7) days of the end of each monthly entry period. The winner will be contacted via the contact method provided in the entry. If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, a new winner may be selected.

6. Restaurant Participation

The selected restaurant for the free meal for two (2) must be a Meal Deals PRO Restaurant Partner in the neighbourhood outlined in the winning entry. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the restaurant or provide an equivalent prize value if necessary.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will not be sold to third parties. Information may be used by Meal Deals for internal marketing, promotional, and communication purposes, including email and promotional outreach. By entering the giveaway, entrants expressly consent to the collection and use of their information for these purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
