About Us

Healthy, yet indulgent. Familiar, yet creative. Fast food, but leveled up!

We started Ghost Taco as a pop-up after the pandemic forced our events business to close. We simply needed something to keep our staff on the job. The plan was always for Ghost Taco to disappear (hence the name).

But it didn’t take long to realize we were onto something special. We were slammed with orders every time we posted our hours, and people came from far and wide demanding to try GTAs best tacos.

We used the next two years to perfect our menu, our packaging, and our restaurants. And today, we’re building our very own taco empire.

Our mission is simple – deliver chef-inspired tacos that threaten the status quo.
