The Danish Pastry House is a company founded on a deep respect and love for the centuries old tradition of hand crafting authentic wienerbrød (Vienna Bread), known throughout the world as Danish pastry. Our fresh baked dough has no less than 27 melt-in-your-mouth layers. This creates a deliciously light, flaky pastry with a rich mouth feel and flavour that has made the Danish Pastry an international specialty. We use premium ingredients and no preservatives for all of our pastries, breads and cakes. Even our smooth, bold coffee is authentically Danish.
