Welcome to Buzz Bagelz!

My name is Jeremy Glied-Beliak, and I'm an entrepreneur originally from Toronto, now calling London, Ontario, home. Buzz Bagelz was born during my time at Western University, inspired by my love for family, community, and, of course, delicious bagels.

At Buzz Bagelz, our mission is to build a sense of community around gourmet bagels and fresh sandwiches. We aim to become Ontario’s leading bagel shop by offering warm, handcrafted bagels and sandwiches in an inviting atmosphere. We believe in providing healthier, high-quality food that can be enjoyed in a cozy setting, making everyone feel welcome.

London is a vibrant, growing city, and we’re excited to be a part of that growth. But Buzz Bagelz is more than just a place to eat—it’s a space where newcomers can feel at home, where connections are made, and where memories are created.

Growing up in a tight-knit family with three siblings, bagels were always at the heart of our gatherings. I can still remember my mom picking me up from school, heading straight to our local bagel shop, and bringing home a dozen freshly baked bagels. Within the hour, they’d be gone, devoured by my family. Whether it was a family meal or a holiday celebration, bagels were always part of the tradition, creating a sense of comfort and belonging.

My goal with Buzz Bagelz is to bring that same feeling to London—a place where bagels are more than just food; they’re a way to bring people together, create moments, and form lasting bonds.
