Grillway all started with owners and operators: Chris and Soola. Their name's may not be familiar, but their personalities sure are! Well known for their kind smiles and comical personalities, this duo has been in the in restaurant business for over 40 years. A tribute to their matriarchs of their families, Grillway allowed them to further connect with their Greek heritage while incorporating American style favorite dishes to a new generation of food lovers.
