We are an Italian young couple with only one mission in mind, bringing our idea of SlowSouth to your table.
"Slow" means artisan, time we spend for preparation, long proof in the fridge for over 72 hours (slow food) and "South" is synonymous with genuine, tasty and simplicity, that is part of our roots and where we are proudly from: Calabria and Alto Adige (SouthTyrol).
After all, home is the most beautiful place in the world and so why not make it known to others too?
