MATHA ROTI is the brainchild of Chef John Arockiaraj, a veteran of 23 years in the Food industry; a leading Chef and business owner with international experience in a wide array of cuisines from around the world.


In past ventures, John has used his mother’s personal recipes as specials, and found that every single time, the public has loved the home-style flavour of his mom’s cooking.
