Famiglia Baldassarre started in a College St basement in 2010 producing and supplying handmade fresh pastas to select Toronto restaurants.
In 2017 we decided to move our operation to Geary Ave and open our doors to the public so that we could share what we do with the community. We now operate as a wholesaler, a retail fresh pasta shop and even a dine in ‘factory’ a few days a week.
