With over 35 years of experience and Edo-Kaiseki training from Tokyo's Prince Hotel and Katsura in Toronto, Chef Kohei is the real deal. He doesn't believe in the exclusivity of kaiseki and omakase restaurants and, instead, wants to share his love of Japanese food with everyone—and not just the select few.
