Some dare to dream, and others just do...but it takes a special kind of magic to bring your dreams to reality. City Farm Sandwiches & Company founder, Sam Genkov, is very familiar with this kind of magic. With over 30 years in the restaurant industry, he has played a part in creating some of Toronto’s top fine-dining establishments including Modus Ristorante and Bravi Ristorante.
One of his favourite creations, enjoyed by devoted guests in the know, is his famous veal sandwich. Once offered as a secret off-menu item, this mouthwatering sandwich made only the occasional appearance in the world of fine-dining. But in the summer of 2020, Sam’s long-time passion project City Farm Sandwiches & Co. finally launched.
On our menu, created in collaboration with Chef Brett Turnbull, the sandwich takes centre stage as we bridge the gap between fast-casual food and healthy, sustainable eating. We are pleased to be serving sandwich lovers across Downtown Toronto.
At City Farm Sandwiches & Co. we pride ourselves on serving healthy, high-quality sandwiches made with locally sourced, fresh ingredients. We believe that fast-casual food should be good for you, and our chef-driven offerings make healthy eating simply awesome.
