Ay Caramba, Eh! is where the explosive flavours and warm hospitality of Mexico are leaving Canadian foodies craving for more… I like it a lot!

Our modern Mexican taqueria is the vision of my late father.

My father was passionate about food and a natural cook with the ability to transform a simple dish into a true culinary experience. He also loved people and spent most of his life in the hospitality industry delighting tourists and celebrities in Acapulco, Mexico’s most famous Pacific coast beach destination.

He always dreamed of having his own restaurant where he could bring together his love for Mexican food and people to delight Canadians at a more personal level; bringing a little piece of Acapulco to every recipe and in each customer interaction.

His dream came true when Ay Caramba, Eh! opened its doors in 2016.

Since then, our modern Mexican taqueria has been part of Yelp’s 100 best places to eat in Canada for two years in a row (2017-2018), a true testament of our commitment to delight customers by offering my father’s most beloved recipes, hand-crafted by true Mexicans, and delivered by people enthusiasts in a hip, yet cozy environment; just the way my father would have done it!
