We started Mad Radish to answer a simple question: could healthy food taste as good as it makes you feel? For too long, Canadians were forced to choose between flavour and their health, between convenience and nutrition. Our vision? Tap into rich culinary traditions from around the world, create crave-able signature dressings and offer customers an extensive choice of freshly roasted, creatively marinated proteins.
And in 2017, the first Mad Radish opened in downtown Ottawa followed soon after by bustling locations in Toronto.
