UTEA Bubble Tea & Coffee

This is a brand new bubble tea shop. It is called UTEA. Their smoothies and slushes use real fruit. Their teas use syrups for flavouring. There are also espressos and egg waffles. For the teas, you can choose any of 4 tea flavours: green, oolong, jasmine, black. The coffee tapioca and the homemade tapioca (mango, honeydew, grape flavours) and made in-house. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
